Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 April 2026. These Terms apply to moanahorizons.com (the “Service”).

1) Social casino entertainment only

The Service is a social casino game for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling. No cash-out is available. No prizes, rewards, or items of real-world monetary value are offered or redeemable.

2) Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
  • Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.

3) Virtual currency and virtual items

  • Coins, credits, chips, boosts, and similar items are virtual, licensed (not sold), and have no cash value.
  • They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for money or anything of real-world value.
  • If purchases are offered, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use virtual items in the Service.

4) Rules of use (no abuse)

  • No cheating, bots, automation, exploits, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
  • No harassment, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.
  • No buying/selling accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

5) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, artwork, logos, and content. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

6) Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or reset virtual balances for violations, security, or operational reasons. We may update the Service and these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Disclaimers and liability (NZ)

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable and not permitted to be excluded.

8) Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first to resolve issues. If a dispute remains, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
