Cool-off & self-exclusion (how to pause or stop)

  1. Open SettingsPlayer Wellbeing.
  2. Select a Cool-off period (short break) or Self-exclusion (longer lockout).
  3. Confirm to immediately restrict access for the selected period.
  4. If you can’t access your account, email contact@moanahorizons.com from your registered email and ask for a cool-off/self-exclusion.

During self-exclusion we’ll aim to block play on the excluded account. If you create additional accounts, contact us so we can help restrict them too.
